Biography: I was born and raised
in Portland, Oregon,
and lived many years in San Francisco,
where I had my own jewelry design business.
At various times, I have lived in France,
Mexico,
and the Virgin Islands. I returned to school in midlife for my PhD,
and a new career in teaching. I love
to travel, read, bird, hike, bike, write, garden, and go to the movies, and I
bring all of these interests into the classroom.
