Today, students are trying to balance different aspects of life and may experience academic, personal, and family pressures.  College of Saint Mary partners with Alegent Health to provide assistance to full-time CSM students when problems arise, through the staff and services of the Counseling Assistance Program (CAP). 

Students may take advantage of this service to discuss issues and concerns such as: 

·         Personal Relationships 

·         Depression 

·         Anxiety 

·         Concern for friends/roommates 

·         Stress 

·         Drug and alcohol issues 

·         Eating disorders
