Spiritual Opportunities for students
of all faiths!
Liturgical Life
Sunday
Liturgy is at 7:30 p.m.
We encourage students to become involved in faith development. One way
is to train for any of the following ministries: Lector, Eucharistic Minister,
Acolyte, Greeter, Gift Bearer, or Collection.
The ministries of Lector and Eucharistic Minister require diocesan
training and mandation. If you are interested in any of these, please contact Martha Bonine, at 399-2391, or stop by the
Campus Ministry office in Walsh Administration Building
Daily
Liturgy is at 12:05 p.m.,
Monday through Friday. Join us any time
in Our Lady of Mercy Chapel in the Walsh Administration
Building!
Prayer Groups
Small faith community provides the
opportunity for students to share prayer, faith, the joys and struggles of
integrating faith into their everyday lives.
An on-going group is available every Wednesday afternoon at 4:00 p.m. in
the Campus Ministry Lounge (Walsh 125). All
students, regardless of background, are invited to attend prayer group. Students
are also encouraged to start another group with the encouragement and support
of Campus Ministry staff. Please contact
Martha Bonine in the Campus Ministry
Office for more information
Retreat
Opportunities
Opportunities include both weekend
thematic retreats and weeklong busy person's retreat. The Busy Person's Retreat (held once
each semester) includes communal prayer with one-on-one daily sharing of
scripture and prayer with a Sister of Mercy or other religious leader.
The Campus Ministry Lounge, and
Office, is located in Walsh Administration Building, Room 125. Come by for a visit!
