Kyle was hired in July 2012 and finished his training and is working Sunday-Thursday 4:00pm to midnight. Kyle is a native of the Omaha area graduating from Bellevue West High School. He served in the United States Marine Corp from 2006-2010 where he received the Purple Heart for injuries sustained in Iraq when a Rocket Propelled Grenade (RPG) hit the vehicle he was operating. Kyle was also an athlete in high school and college. While in the military he won the All-Services Gold Medal in the Discus. Kyle most recently worked as a Loss Prevention Officer at a large retail store in Omaha before joining CSM. Kyle enjoys working with young people at his church where he has served as a youth coach for teens and as a football coach at Bellevue West.  He is also an accomplished DJ.

Michael comes from a very diverse background and has worked in the human services field since 2006. He earned a Bachelor’s of Arts in Family Life Counseling and Ministry from Nebraska Christian College. Michael has a passion for people and has an extensive history working with and alongside young people. This includes those who have experienced behavioral issues and those in crisis.  Michael has served on various mission trips and was also a teacher for an English summer camp in Viet Nam. Michael plans to pursue a master’s degree so that he can do even more for his community. He enjoys all kinds of outdoor activities such as hiking, fishing, and rock crawling. Music composition is one of his hobbies and he really loves to sing. Michael has a contagious spirit that can truly turn a bleary atmosphere into a fun one. There is never a dull moment with him around.
