TEAS Testing

Sign up here to take the TEAS (Test of Essential Academic Skills).  The TEAS admission exam is used to determine your admission into the nursing programs at College of Saint Mary.  

Cost: The TEAS admission exam costs $40 per attempt. You will be asked for credit card payment in order to confirm your registration. Due to a limited amount of space for each date, you will not be guaranteed a spot for the exam until we have received your payment.  Please note that students who need to reschedule their exam or register for a second attempt will need to pay $40 for each date.  You may only take the TEAS exam twice.   

Location/Time: You should arrive 15 minutes early to begin registration. Anyone arriving late will not be allowed to test and the cost of the test will not be refunded. The TEAS admission exam may take up to takes about 3.5 hours. A campus map may be found at:

Required Items: You must bring a photo ID in order to be admitted to the TEAS admission exam. In addition, it is suggested that you dress in layers to be certain you can be comfortable during your test. Lastly, it is very important that you eat a well-balanced meal prior to arriving to campus. You are not allowed to use a calculator during the exam. 

Preparing for the exam is crucial and highly recommended. 

It is recommended to:

- Attend the FREE TEAS Review Sessions. These review sessions are FREE to current and prospective CSM students. They are designed to help guide your study efforts for the exam.  Students who attend a workshop from each subject area and take the exam at CSM will receive a $40 credit to their tuition account once they enroll in classes.  Students who attend a workshop from each subject area and take the exam a second time will receive an $80 credit to their tuition account once they enroll in classes. If you cannot attend the Review Sessions and/or would like individual assistance in studying for the TEAS, please contact Mary Schlueter at or call 402-399-2634.

- Review TEAS video tutorials at     

 - Review the study manual by purchasing a guide online or in the CSM Campus store OR visiting the CSM library. At the CSM Library, current and prospective CSM students may reviewing the study manual in the library. 

- Take practice TEAS exams. These can be found online by Google searching "Free TEAS practice tests".

         This TEAS Review Workshop is designed to guide your study efforts for the English and Reading portion of 
         this admission exam.
