College of Saint Mary to Host Career Fair for Students, Alumni and Community

OMAHA, Neb. – College of Saint Mary (CSM) will host a career fair for CSM students, alumni and the Omaha community from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Thursday, April 25, in the Lied Fitness Center, 7000 Mercy Road, Omaha.

This is the first time CSM has opened a career fair to the community.

“We often hear that College of Saint Mary is Omaha’s ‘best-kept secret.’ We want to spread the good word about our campus around the local area,” said Sarah Hamik, a CSM student success advisor and an organizer of the career fair. “Opening the career fair up to both students and the community allows us to not only meet the needs of our students but also for community members looking to launch their career, make a career change, or just want to see what opportunities are available in the future.”

Various industries will be represented at the fair, including healthcare organizations, human services organizations, a large group of corporations, law offices, as well as educational and nonprofit agencies. Attendees can get connected to full-time, part-time, internship, and graduate school opportunities.
