College of Saint Mary Seeks Employers for Spring Career Fair

OMAHA, Neb. – College of Saint Mary (CSM) is seeking employers from various industries from around Omaha and the greater Nebraska area to participate in its career fair this April.

The event will take place from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Thursday, April 25, in the Lied Fitness Center, 7000 Mercy Road, Omaha. It is open to all CSM students, alumni and the Omaha community.

Sarah Hamik, a CSM student success advisor and an organizer of the career fair, said the University is looking for healthcare organizations, human services organizations, a large group of corporations, law offices, as well as educational and nonprofit agencies to participate.

“Since CSM offers a diverse set of programs at both the undergraduate and graduate levels, we want to make sure there are opportunities that match the needs of both our students and community members,” Hamik said.

Employers who participate will be able to see the strong capabilities that students, upcoming graduates and alumni have to offer through completing their education at CSM.

“We are hoping to connect the employers with a lot of strong potential candidates for full-time, part-time and internship positions,” Hamik said. “Omaha is full of amazing employers in so many different industries, and it is important that we take advantage of connecting with them as often as possible.”
