CSM Promotes Humphrey to Associate Vice President
OMAHA, Neb. -- College of Saint Mary is pleased to announce the promotion of Pamela Humphrey, PhD, to associate vice president of assessment and institutional effectiveness. She will assume her new role June 1. Humphrey previously was the associate dean for arts, sciences and professional studies.
“Pam’s promotion is not just a recognition of her remarkable achievements, but a testament to her unwavering dedication to advancing educational excellence,” said Kimberly Allen, PhD, vice president of academic and student affairs. “Her visionary leadership will undoubtedly elevate our institution to new heights, empowering students and faculty alike to thrive in a dynamic environment.”
The goals of this new role include:
- Developing a comprehensive assessment framework for CSM, which will include the assessment of the performance and impact of various programs and initiatives across the university.
- Promoting a culture of evidence-based decision-making that fosters accountability and transparency.
- Fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
“I will work with faculty and staff from all areas of the college,” Humphrey said. “An institutional assessment committee will be formed that will include faculty, staff and students.”
Humphrey will also meet with the HLC Assessment Academy team to build a culture of assessment at CSM.
