CSM Greenlights Exercise Science, Kinesiology & Health Sciences for Fall 2017

College of Saint Mary will offer three new academic programs in the fall.

The Master in Health Sciences is an 18-24 month program for students seeking to improve their academic profile in preparation for further study or careers in health, human biology or laboratory studies. Students interested in medicine, pharmacy, dentistry, veterinary science or laboratory science are well-suited for this new degree.

The Master of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science is also an 18-24 month program for those planning to explore careers in wellness, fitness and sports performance. This program provides a solid foundation in biomechanics, exercise physiology and nutrition with a strong emphasis on research. Similarly, a bachelor’s degree in kinesiology and exercise science will prepare students for careers in wellness, physical training and human performance.
