Tierra Murphy Robinson MBA, MHA '06

Tierra Murphy Robinson MBA, MHA, ‘06 has been promoted to the role of Director of Adaptive Learning and Inclusive Excellence with Inclusion and Diversity at Nebraska Medicine. In this role, Robinson will lead Nebraska Medicine’s efforts to develop a comprehensive and multimodal diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) learning strategy for both clinical and nonclinical staff. She will be responsible for curating educational experiences and strategic initiatives that will strengthen UNMC’s ability to lead through a lens of inclusive excellence.< Prior to being promoted, Robinson managed the dermatology clinic at Nebraska Medicine. She has< also worked as a business analyst in lab administration and a data analyst in patient relations. She currently serves at the co-chair of UNMC’s African American/Black Alliance (AABA) events committee, also at Nebraska Medicine. Robinson received her business administration degree from CSM in 2006. As a student, Robinson was involved in Student Senate and Mothers Living & Learning.
