CSM Seeks Input for Heritage Metamorphosis Project
A new collaboration with the Biology and English departments called “The Heritage Metamorphosis Project” is looking to interview alumnae and Sisters of Mercy who were active in science from 1960-2000, specifically those who had contact with Sr. Christelle and/or Sr. Mary Luke. We want to collect stories about student and faculty experiences in science classes during this era in CSM’s history.
The stories serve two main purposes: to document an under-recorded part of CSM's history and to incorporate a human component into a (soon-to-be digitized) historical insect collection made by the two Sisters. It will be a first-of-its-kind project when completed, and we would love it if you were a part of it.
Those interested in participating can contact Terri Campbell, vice president of alumnae and donor relations, at tcampbell [at] csm.edu or 402-399-2419.
